As backer of HaloVino, you helped us raise $26,647! You watched over this process, shared it with your friends, and made this vision, a reality with your generosity and support. 

You have rightfully earned your new title as "HaloVino ANGEL"! Thank you!!!

I will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys TODAY. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards. 

(IF YOU WANT THE AUTOGRAPHED BOOK TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE SURVEY BY DECEMBER 11.) 

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, pledge for more “add-ons”, and receive your digital gift certificates at the completion of the survey. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing on December 23.

If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at halovino.backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!

This is it. The final stretch!

You have all been so wonderful! I can’t thank you enough. If there are any wine lovers in your life that still don’t know about HaloVino, please take this time to share it with them.

We have added a glow in the dark feature for the glasses, and if we can get to $29,000, everyone gets a reusable Glow in the Dark cord for free! Or you can add $15 to your pledge for a pack of 12.

Today's going to be a CRAZY day… I will be starting the day on LIVE TV, The Morning Blend (Channel 4, Milwaukee), talking about Holiday wine gifts at 9 AM CST.

One to two days after the campaign closes at 11:59 PM, MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, you will receive a BackerKit survey to collect your shipping addresses and holiday gifting plans, as it pertains to HaloVino. WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR ADDRESSES, UNLESS YOU FILL OUT THE SURVEY.

You will NOT need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as possible, ESPECIALLY if you want the autographed wine & cheese book shipped before the holidays.

If you prefer, you can message me and give me your information, but answering your BackerKit survey will help us get your rewards out to you quicker.

IS THE GLASS HALF FULL?

First, a HUGE THANK YOU for your support. With your backing, we have exceeded $22,000 in 22 days!

We are just over half way through our campaign with 18 days to go.

Dare I suggest that the (wine) glass is half full? With your continued support, let’s aim for $25K, 30K, even 40K!

If each existing backer shared HaloVino with enough people so that just ONE of their friends bought ONE sleeve of glasses, we would fly past $30,000!

So let’s do this! If we can get to $30,000 by campaign end, I will send all backers who pledge $40 and up a really cool FREE wine tote bag, perfectly shaped for carrying wine OR HaloVino glassware… How convenient!

You can adjust your pledge any time before December 7, if you want to increase your pledge to get the wine tote AND help HaloVino. Every dollar helps!

The first $15,000 we raised paid for tooling the mold, and the next $5,000 covered shipping the ONE-TON mold back to the US so we can keep jobs at home. More funds will mitigate packaging and shipping costs, along with expensive legal bills for HaloVino’s pending patent.

And the quicker we become profitable, the quicker we can start donating 20% of profits to helping childhood cancer and genetic disorders.

Without a robust PR and marketing budget, we rely on backers, like YOU! In fact, 90% of funds raised have come from my personal networks backing or sharing… WOW!!! Imagine what we could do if we got the word out to those beyond our own networks.

So please share and encourage your friends to “Just Click It”, because every click helps improve our rating on Kickstarter, and increases exposure beyond our networks.

THANK YOU TO ALL OUR BACKERS FOR MAKING THIS DREAM, TO MAKE WINE EVEN MORE FUN AND ACCESSIBLE, A REALITY!

Today I spent the day on Cloud Nine (well, actually at the factory in Franklin, WI) because we BLEW by the $15K goal, less than 6 days from launch. THANK YOU!!!!

With 34 days left, please keep SHARING. The mold costs $15K, but it’ll cost $5K to ship the one ton mold from China so we can manufacture the glasses in the US and keep jobs at home. Additional funds will help expedite the tooling and manufacturing process, and maybe even get the glasses to you, dare I say, before February 2016.

Thanks to your clicks and backing, we are now in the top ten most popular food projects (of 431 live projects) on Kickstarter! WOW, do I love your fingers! These clicks and shares  help HaloVino rise in popularity, gaining momentum and increased exposure on Kickstarter's front page... so please, CLICK AWAY! and encourage your friends to do likewise.
