Tell me more about the Wine School Reward Level?
WINE SCHOOL is open and appropriate for all levels of wine experience. They are fun, informal and yet informed wine tasting classes on wine that last about 45 minutes that you can do from the comfort of your own home. If you watch them live, you can easily interact with other students by making comments visible to everyone and/or asking Jessica questions. My Wine School did a Beta run of these classes back in 2012, and found them to be quite fun and successful. You can check out www.mywineschool.com to see some examples of our recorded classes. The 6 week session will be accessed via a password shared with those who redeem their e-certificate. Upon redemption, each student will receive a course syllabus, short study guide, as well as suggested and affordable tasting lists. At most, we will taste 2-3 wines per class, and all will be reasonably priced. The tasting lists will be structured so that it is easy to find the wines and/or wines similar to them. How can I purchase more glasses or purchase multiple rewards?
How did we get so lucky!?! Thank you! On Kickstarter, you can only make one pledge so just add up what you want to buy and make one pledge. At the end of the campaign, you will be able to designate what levels you wish to receive, as long as your pledge covers it. Can I get the glasses delivered by Christmas?
Oh, how I wish I could say yes!!! but there is little chance of that happening. The tooling process takes 5-8 weeks, and add on another 1-2 months for shipping and manufacturing and we have passed December. That said, I would be happy to provide you a certificate with pretty pictures on it for you to gift the glasses for the holidays, promising to hand them over once they arrive. Tooling was pushed back 2 weeks due to a bogus challenge to our intellectual property. Everything has been resolved satisfactorily, and tooling has recommenced, but it may have pushed the shipping date back to March 2015, now that tooling will extend through the holidays. We will know more in January when we receive the first samples from the mold. We will do our best to get HaloVino out as soon as it is ready. Thank you for your support and understanding!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
